An internal tool by LFG Labs

LFG Vault Sync

Business updates, saved with their sources. A morning brief that points back to the work.

What it does

LFG Vault Sync reads authorized Google Drive updates for LFG Labs' private knowledge vault. It checks recent file metadata, retrieves relevant Google Docs text, and helps the operator turn those records into business notes and a morning brief. Source links stay with the notes so the operator can check an interpretation against the original.

This is an operator-run internal tool, not a public sign-up service. This page explains the app shown in Google's consent screen. It does not provide access to the vault.

Read-only access, with a broad permission

Google's read-only Drive permission allows the connection to see and download files the authorized account can access. It is not limited to a selected folder. The app narrows its collection through business relevance checks and explicit time windows. It cannot use this permission to modify or delete Drive files, upload files or change sharing.

The current reader retrieves Google Docs text. Other formats have metadata-only coverage. Source availability and account permissions can limit an update; the tool does not treat missing access as proof that nothing changed.

Know where the information goes

Relevant content can be processed by OpenAI through Codex and by other AI services the operator uses with the vault. The operator stores records locally and can sync reviewed notes to a private GitHub repository. Processing is not exclusively local. Read the privacy policy for the data collected, service providers, retention limits and deletion process.

You can revoke the connection through your Google Account connections. For support or a data request, email sami@lfglabs.ai.
